The Intelligent Static Elimination Bar IDB-35-S (Shockless) manufactured by Blue Bore House Co., Ltd. is designed for very long distance surface discharge. Ions generated from the static elimination bar can remove static electricity up to a distance of 2,500mm using an air compression nozzle. This anti-static bar has a built-in power supply, so no high-voltage cables are required.
The frequency can be adjusted with a button (0.5-5Hz) using only a 24V power supply, and an LED clean pin alarm and overload alarm are included as standard. The replaceable stainless steel ion generator pin is resistively connected to high voltage, so there is no danger to the operator in the event of accidental contact. The static eliminator bar IDB-35 is designed to discharge surfaces over long distances from 200 to 1,200 mm.
Blue Boar House Co., Ltd.'s antistatic bars are custom-made according to customer requests. The dimensions of the PVC profile are 95.5 x 49 mm in cross section. This anti-static bar has a slit for securing M5 screws and can be installed anywhere along its length.
