The intelligent discharge bar IDB-35 (shockless) manufactured by Blue Bore House Co., Ltd. can be used in various fields such as textile manufacturing, paper, plastics, printing, processing, and packaging. The static eliminator bar IDB-35 is designed to discharge surfaces over long distances from 200 to 1,200 mm.
The dimensions of the PVC profile are 95.5 x 49 mm in cross section. This anti-static bar has a built-in power supply, so no high-voltage cables are required. It only requires a 24V supply, the frequency can be adjusted with a button (0.5-5Hz), and comes standard with an LED and a remote clean pin alarm. Alarm signal is NPN.
The replaceable stainless steel ion generator pin is resistively connected to high voltage, so there is no danger to the operator in the event of accidental contact. Blue Bore House Co., Ltd.'s static electricity removal bars are custom-made according to customer requests. This anti-static bar has a slit for securing M5 screws and can be installed anywhere along its length.
