About This Product

■Features

The Intelligent Static Eliminator Bar IDB-11 (Shockless) manufactured by Blue Bore House Co., Ltd. can be used in various fields such as textile manufacturing, paper, plastics, printing, processing, and packaging. The static eliminator bar IDB-11 is available in two versions. IDB-11-S is for high speeds up to 2,000m/min and distances of 30 to 300mm, while IDB-11-L is for long distances of 100 to 500mm. This design has a very compact cross section of 40 x 25 mm and the profile is a FR-ABS body filled with epoxy resin. This antistatic bar has a built-in power supply, so no high-voltage cables are required. It only requires a 12-24V power supply, adjustable frequency (0.5-20Hz) or continuous, and comes standard with an LED and an LED clean pin alarm. Remote signals PNP and NPN. Flashing white/blue = normal, purple = cleaning required, red = fault. The titanium ion generator pin is resistively connected to high voltage, so there is no danger to the operator in the event of accidental contact. Blue Boar House Co., Ltd.'s antistatic bars are custom-made according to customer requests. This anti-static bar has a slit for securing M5 screws and can be installed anywhere along its length.
