The Intelligent Static Elimination Bar IDB-7 (Shockless) manufactured by Blue Bore House Co., Ltd. can be used in various fields such as textile manufacturing, paper, plastics, printing, processing, and packaging. The static eliminator bar IDB-7 is designed to be installed on machines operating at high speed, its design is very compact 40 x 25 mm and the profile is FR-ABS filled with epoxy resin.
This anti-static bar has a built-in power supply, so no high-voltage cables are required. It only requires a 12-24V power supply, adjustable frequency (0-20Hz), and comes standard with clean pin alert via LED and remote signals PNP and NPN. Flashing green/blue = normal, purple = cleaning required, red = fault. The ion generator pin (optional tungsten) is resistively connected to high voltage, so there is no danger to the operator in the event of accidental contact.
Blue Bore House Co., Ltd.'s static electricity removal bars are custom-made according to customer requests. This anti-static bar has a slit for securing M5 screws and can be installed anywhere along its length.
