About This Product

■Features

EX-ABSL-RC-S is an ATEX certified static eliminator bar for use in explosion-proof areas. The static eliminator bar EX-ABSL-RC-S is designed to be installed on machines operating at high speed and is highly effective in removing static electricity. Can be installed up to 1,500mm from the surface where electrical discharge occurs using compressed air. This static electricity removal bar EX-ABSL-RC-S is equipped with a perforated tube air blow function that corresponds to each ion generating pin so that ionized air can be blown farther. This static eliminator bar has a PVC core and all electronic components are impregnated and sealed in epoxy resin to ensure safety and durability. It is coated with aluminum and the ion generating pin is stainless steel. The ion generator pin is resistively connected to high voltage, making it shockless with no danger to the operator in the event of accidental contact, making it safer and more productive. This static electricity eliminator bar has a horizontal slit for fixing M6 screws, so it can be installed anywhere along its entire length.
