About This Product

■RTL power supply unit for UV system

The ArcLED RLT is GEW's entry-level power supply compatible with up to 16 UV lamp heads wpsp Maeda system LED and traditional mercury arc lamps. ・Arc compatible as standard ・Can be upgraded to ArcLED hybrid operation ・Dual or single configuration ・Drive by RHINO control technology ・Reliable and efficient electronic power supply

■Dual or single configuration

The RL T Dua powers two arc or LED lamps from a single power supply unit for the most cost-effective and space-efficient system setup. Fully independent lamp control is maintained and RLT single units can be used for odd or single lamp systems. Power up to 16 lamps from a 1.8m² footprint.

■RHINO control

The RLT is controlled by GEW's proven RHINO control software and an intuitive HMI touchscreen. The RHINO control also provides internet connectivity to the UV system, allowing GEW's online monitoring service to quickly identify and correct any failures.

■Reliable operation

The RLT is designed to operate in standard production environments operating up to 40°C (104°F), and the electronic components are specially coated to protect against moisture and airborne contaminants. . An advanced electronic design protects the UV system from common electrical faults, and a safe power-down mode minimizes interruptions during shutdown.

■Power supply rack with minimum footprint

The compact rack cabinet accommodates up to 6 RLT power supplies and provides perfect cooling, atmospheric protection and mains power distribution. The cabinets are stackable in two heights and fit into a floor space of 115cm x 65cm. The power supply plugs into the rack and connects quickly, making it easy to add lamps to the system in the future.

■ArcLED compatible

All RLT power supplies feature GEM's exclusive ArcLED hybrid functionality. As standard, they are configured for ArcLED hybrid operation, allowing both arc lamp and LED lamp effect technology to be used on the same press.
