About This Product

■What is powder feeding equipment?

It is now possible to transport fine powder in quantitative quantities, which was previously difficult to transport, in all fields such as thermal spraying, welding, nanoparticle manufacturing, metal melting, microblasting, and 3D printing.

■Technology introduction

・Three supply principles developed by our proprietary technology make it possible to supply a fixed amount of difficult-to-flow powders such as oxide fine powders. ・Using Venus' unique technology, the gas conveyance type powder supply device enables non-stop continuous supply, which is a first in the industry. Greatly improve production efficiency on the production line. ・Simultaneous supply to 3 locations is also possible. With a thermal spray torch, raw material powder is dispersed and injected from three directions around the circumference, greatly improving melting efficiency and yield.

■Features

・The laser sensor keeps the feed nozzle close to the powder surface, and the eject action takes in and supplies the surface powder near the nozzle. ・Furthermore, it assists in stable supply by evenly leveling the rough powder surface after powder is taken in. ・Control supply amount by nozzle scanning speed and nozzle position. - Capable of handling any powder by capturing it without coming into contact with the powder.
