■Improved safety through automation and ease of handling
A movable table that is easy to maneuver not only reduces the burden on workers and ensures safety, but also helps in work using balancers and cranes, and in collaboration with robots. Furthermore, it is equipped with a light curtain/interlock to improve safety.
■Can be equipped with various commercially available laser heads
Adopts a general-purpose bracket system that is compatible with various commercially available laser heads. Not only does this expand your options for laser specifications, but the marking cell can also be used to refurbish existing laser markers.
■Compact with all necessary elements
The marking cell is an all-in-one package containing all the peripheral equipment necessary for laser markers, such as a PC and a dust collector, so installation is smooth and the layout is compact.
■Large work table that can be configured freely
The large work table can accommodate workpieces up to 1,250x450x450mm. Can accommodate various jig layouts using 234-hole M8 taps. It can be used in a variety of ways, including marking large-sized workpieces as well as small-sized workpieces all at once.
