The construction machine frame is transported and marked with markings. After marking, the workpiece is turned over using a reversing machine, and the worker takes it out. This equipment combines a conveyor, a scribing air pen, and a reversing machine.

This is an integrated conveyor, stamping machine, and reversing machine that automates conveyance, stamping, and reversing. (The operator is responsible for setting and removing the workpieces.) Approximately 70 types of workpieces can be handled with one facility, and the cycle time is approximately 1/1, including stamping of 19 to 20 digits.

■Move the entire engraving unit to the engraving position
During transportation, the engraving unit is evacuated to prevent workpieces from interfering with each other. It uses a ball screw and motor to operate on the Z, Y, and X axes.
■Engraving is a low-noise scribing air pen
Since characters are engraved by piercing the workpiece, it is possible to make deep engravings with low noise.
■Automatic engraving greatly reduces the burden on workers
Equipped with a mechanism to rotate the pallet while being transported by the conveyor.
