■What is a 1-ring stamping machine?
This is a stamping machine that stamps the chassis number and VIN number on the frame of a passenger car or the chassis of a truck. Automatic character selection is performed using a single engraving ring, and the engraving is performed by advancing each character one by one.
■Product specifications
The stamping machine consists of three operating mechanisms (stamping, digit feeding, and character selection), each of which is controlled using an AC servo motor. The embossing load is controlled for each character to be engraved, achieving uniform engraving depth.
By accurately controlling the timing of the three operations, we ensure accurate and quick stamping operations and a safe working environment. *The Z-axis stamping operation can also be performed using a hydraulic mechanism that does not use a servo motor.
■Engraving ring
・A special engraved ring is manufactured, and the ring can be replaced when installed.
・It is possible to manufacture an insert stamp type using a replaceable holder.
・Since the engraving is made in-house, we will create the engraving according to your wishes, such as the font and height of the letters.
