About This Product

■What is Burcut BC?Evolving deburring tools. BurCut BC is a deburring tool for cross holes that is attached to a machine with a drilling mechanism. Since there are few malfunctions, it can also be used as a tool for unmanned operation. It also supports repolishing, which reduces running costs.

■Features of Burcut BCIt's simple but amazing. Burcut BC has a tweezers-like shape with a blade at the tip. Insert the tool into the cross holes while rotating it to remove burrs on the front and back sides in one pass. Burcut BC has the following features.
・Any machine that can drill can be used.
・Simple structure, no malfunctions
- Removes burrs from the front and back in one pass
・Re-polishing is possible up to 3 to 6 times (*depending on tool size and wear condition)
・Effective as an unmanned tool

Applicable conditions and special products
■Conditions where bar cutting cannot be applied・As a general rule, the hole to be inserted should be cylindrical. Cannot be applied to oval/tapped holes. (It is recommended to use tapped holes when drilling pilot holes.)
・Cannot be applied to holes where burrs stand up all around the hole or are blocked by cover burrs. If applicable, please make improvements to reduce burrs during the processing process.

■Case requiring special items・When the shape of the loophole is irregular, e.g., the hole ratio of the intersecting holes is close, diagonal holes, eccentric intersecting holes, etc.
・When the work material is soft, e.g. brass, copper, resin, some aluminum alloys, etc.
・For deep hole machining
