■SummaryThis device uses a bubbler to humidify the raw material gas whose flow rate is controlled by a built-in mass flow controller, and the amount of humidification is controlled by the bubbler water temperature.

・The bubbler temperature is controlled by the water temperature, and the stirring pump makes the water temperature uniform, so a stable amount of humidification can be obtained.
- Automatic water replenishment function can be added for long-term continuous operation. (optional)
- With external signal input/output function (optional), bubbler temperature, piping temperature, and gas flow rate can be controlled from other devices or a PC, and data can be easily imported to a data logger, etc.
・Equipped with self-diagnosis functions such as "low bubbler water level" and "overheating".

■Specifications and details・Supplying humidifying gas to the electric furnace Bubbling DRYAir 20L/min generates humidifying gas with a dew point of 80℃. The generated humidified gas can be supplied to a catalyst etc. heated in an electric furnace to create a humidified atmosphere.
・Supplying humidifying gas to the workpiece Humidifying gas bubbled with DRYN22L/min is mixed with DRY standard gas (N2 balance) to generate humidifying gas with a dew point of 40℃. The generated humidified gas can be supplied to workpieces such as research modules.
・Supplying low dew point humidifying gas to the chamber Mix humidifying gas bubbled with DRYAir 20mL/min and DRYAir to generate humidifying gas with a dew point of -40℃. By supplying the generated low dew point humidified gas to the chamber, substrates etc. can be stored in an atmosphere that suppresses the generation of static electricity.
・Supplying humidified gas to the fuel cell Anode gas (humidified gas with a dew point of 80℃ made by bubbling DRYH21L/min) and cathode gas (humidified gas with a dew point of 80℃ made by bubbled DRYAir 2.5L/min) as fuel Can be supplied to batteries.
・We improve humidification performance by replacing the humidifying mechanism of other companies' devices and by replacing the humidifying mechanism of other companies' devices with our gas humidifier.
