About This Product

■Summary

This device heats an aluminum sample piece of approximately 100g to 1kg in vacuum with an electric furnace type heating device to melt the aluminum, and measures and calculates the amount of gas generated at that time (mL/100g). This is a medium total gas amount measuring device.

■Features

After placing an aluminum sample piece in the melting furnace, this device starts evacuation operation that also serves as preliminary evacuation, and when instructed to start measurement when the specified degree of vacuum is reached, it reads the pressure at the time of enclosing, and starts the timer automatically. Start driving. After the specified dissolution time has elapsed, the generated gas pressure is read, and various parameters (sample weight, etc.) are entered into the data processing device to calculate the total amount of gas in the aluminum. By combining it with our autogas chromatography AG-2, it is possible to construct a system that can perform everything from pretreatment to component analysis.
