About This Product

■Summary

This system is a system that measures and calculates the gas permeability of polymer membranes or film-like substances as industrial products using a gas chromatograph and data processing unit. (JIS:K7126 compliant)

■Features

- Gas permeability test of humidified gas is possible. Humidification is done by bubbling with a bubbler. ・We manufacture differential pressure type (differential pressure method) and flow type (equal pressure method) depending on the usage. - Calculate gas permeability coefficient, gas permeability, water vapor permeability (moisture permeability), set time sequence, and log each physical quantity (temperature, flow rate, pressure, humidity) on a computer.

■Since a gas chromatograph is used, mixed gases can also be tested for permeation.

The gas permeability of a polymer membrane has a great influence on its performance, either as a physical property related to the compositional structure of the material, or when the membrane is used as an industrial product (fuel cells, packaging materials, containers, etc.). I have This device consists of a permeation section (permeation cell, constant temperature chamber, humidity sensor, etc.), a gas supply section (mass flow controller, bubbler, temperature controller, etc.), a gas chromatograph (measuring the amount of permeation), and a data processing section (personal computer). , integrator). The method conforms to JIS:K7126-1 (K7126-2) and uses a gas chromatograph as a detector, so mixed gases can also be tested for permeation.
