■Summary

The automatic malodorous substance measurement system developed by J-Science Lab Co., Ltd. is a system that automatically measures malodorous substances based on the Offensive Odor Prevention Act. The process from concentration and thermal desorption into the trap tube to introduction into the GC and data processing is fully automated. Anyone can now easily carry out odor analysis, which was previously a time-consuming task, and work efficiency is greatly improved.

■Features

・Measurements can be performed in compliance with the Offensive Odor Prevention Act. - Automatic concentration system using the cold trap method using liquid oxygen or liquid argon. - A series of operations from concentration to GC analysis can be performed fully automatically. ・For trimethylamine analysis, the release operation by adding alkali is also performed automatically. ・Excellent reproducibility has been achieved by using a digital integrated flow meter and valve introduction method. ・Continuous processing of multiple samples is possible by connecting to a bag autosampler. During repeated analysis of each sample during multi-analyte analysis, the concentration amount can be changed for each analysis. ・Unmanned operation at night is possible by connecting to the optional liquid Ar automatic supply device. ・Can handle samples of any concentration by using the measuring tube introduction method.
