■Summary

Investigating the behavior of hydrogen, which is the cause of delayed fracture in steel materials, is an important element in understanding changes in the hydrogen storage capacity of steel materials, the amount of hydrogen entering from the environment, etc., and evaluating delayed fracture. This system uses temperature-programmed desorption analysis (TDA) to raise the furnace temperature from low to high temperatures at a constant rate, and continuously measures the amount of hydrogen released as the temperature changes using gas chromatography. This is to analyze the amount of hydrogen released.

・Trace amounts of hydrogen can be measured using the TDA method using gas chromatography. ・Heating rate, temperature range, etc. can be changed arbitrarily. ・Displays temperature-released hydrogen amount in graph and list. ・The tube furnace is openable and easy to handle. - Complete safety measures are provided by the overheating prevention device. ・It is also possible to measure components other than hydrogen.
