About This Product
The lineup includes JCB diesel engines and KOHLER diesel engines. JCB is a British construction machinery manufacturer that was founded in 1945 and has been manufacturing mainly small and medium-sized agricultural and construction machinery for over 75 years, and currently sells over 300 models. We will deliver a diesel engine that was originally developed by JCB.
KOHLER's diesel engine division is based on the Italian company LOMBARDINI, which was integrated in 2007, and boasts one of the top market shares in Europe. In addition to water-cooled engines, KOHLER also manufactures air-cooled engines, which are now difficult to obtain.
■JCB diesel engine obtained domestic type certification
JCB diesel engines are available in output classes from 55 to 212kW. Four of these classes, 81kW, 93kW, 108kW, and 129kW, have received domestic type certification, and can be installed in vehicles with license plates running on public roads and mass-produced machines. Off-road vehicles are mainly used in construction machines, cargo handling machines, and agricultural machinery, and stationary machines are mainly used in generators, water pumps, sieves, compressors, recycling machines, and hydraulic power units.
■JCB diesel engine Tier 4F certified without DPF
By combining the latest equipment and electronic control, JCB's diesel engine has achieved Tier 4 Final certification for only urea SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction). Maintenance costs can be significantly reduced as there is no need for complex forced combustion systems or expensive filter regeneration or replacement. *For detailed specifications of each model, please refer to the specification table below.
■KOHLER diesel engine Air-cooled engine also available
The KOHLER diesel engine lineup includes air-cooled engines from 2.7kW to 18.8kW and water-cooled engines from 8.6kW to 105kW. We can deliver not only the engine alone, but also the radiator, fuel tank, air cleaner, and control panel. They are used in a wide variety of applications, including agricultural machinery, construction machinery, forestry machinery, generators, pumps, and compressors.
