About This Product
A trencher is an excavator, and is mainly used for excavation work such as removing utility poles and for agricultural culvert construction. Our lineup includes tractor-type RTX550, RTX750, and small remote-controlled RTX40. By setting the attachment to the desired width and depth to match the soil, you can dig trenches over long distances at high speed.
■RTX550 RTX750 trencher specifications
The chain type for soft soil can excavate trenches over 300 mm wide and 1,000 mm deep, and is approximately twice as fast as excavating with a hydraulic excavator. Since protection tubes can be buried at the same time, costs can be significantly reduced.
■RTX550 RTX750 lock wheel specifications
Rock wheels for hard soil can directly excavate hard ground of asphalt or concrete without using traditional concrete disc cutters, reducing excavation time and costs.
■RTX750SOC discharge conveyor specifications
Equipped with a discharge conveyor, excavated soil can be loaded directly into a dump truck. We have a proven track record in Hakodate's trial construction of removing utility poles by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and excavated soil was directly loaded onto a 4-ton dump truck. It can be loaded onto a maximum of 10t dump truck, significantly reducing the time required for loading.
■Auto creep control
Equipped with an auto creep control system that automatically adjusts the excavation speed according to the load during work. It is computer-controlled so that it can work at optimal speed without putting undue stress on the machine. Since the speed is automatically adjusted according to the load, you can operate it only by operating the handle while excavating.
■Remote control trencher PTX40
The remote control trencher PTX40 is compact in size with a width of 1,200 mm and a height of 1,400 mm, making it possible to excavate 150 mm in width and 1,000 mm in depth even in narrow spaces. Since all operating operations are performed using the remote control, you can perform more accurate work while visually checking the trench/plow status.
