■Bank frame

The U-shaped skeletal body with canes inserted into the horizontal joists is called a ``bank frame'' (also called a bolster in Japan). The horizontal joists of ALUCAR bank frames are made of special steel plates, and the walking sticks are made of special aluminum called super duralumin. Ultra-super duralumin has higher strength than steel, but it is extremely lightweight as it weighs only one-third of steel. This makes it possible to load a large amount of wood, improving transportation efficiency.

■Stick

ALUCAR's walking sticks are made of super duralumin, and the surface is anodized. Therefore, it is not affected by corrosion and can be used without maintenance. Ultra-super duralumin is resistant to low temperatures, so it does not suffer from low-temperature brittleness, where its strength suddenly drops from a certain temperature like steel, and it continues to perform well even in harsh environments such as cold regions. It also has shock absorbing properties that allow it to return to its original state even if it is lightly bumped.

■Slide console

This is a system that allows the crane to slide 600mm backward during work. Since the crane part slides backwards, there is no worry about interference with the load when the crane turns, making it ideal for customers who load close to the crane or for cranes with a cabin.
