About This Product
Demonstrates high ability for unloading and loading scrap, stacking it high in narrow spaces, and feeding it into guillotines and shredders. Simple and sturdy construction with an emphasis on durability that will stand up to the environment and objects. This is an excellent attachment that firmly grips various objects such as miscellaneous items of various shapes and long items.
■Tough durability 4-blade shape with good penetration
Adopts a 4-blade shape that penetrates into scrap well. It is effective not only for handling fine materials such as new cuttings and cutting waste, but also for material handling of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper, and mixed scraps of these materials. The 4 blades are made of two plates of sturdy high-tensile steel and have excellent wear resistance. The tooth at the tip is a bolt-on type that does not require welding when replacing, and is also compatible with bucket teeth.
■Hydraulic full swing & large opening width
Adopts a full hydraulic rotation system to efficiently grab metal scraps of various shapes. A wide range of work range is ensured by using it in conjunction with the bucket link tilt mechanism. It is possible to perform tasks depending on the situation, such as flat stacking or high stacking, and can perform simple and repetitive tasks efficiently. The opening width is 1,950 to 2,900mm, and we have a lineup depending on the installation model (22 to 40t class).
■Protector attached
A protector is used to reduce the risk of failure due to foreign matter contamination. By attaching the protector, the cylinder will not be exposed when opening and closing the attachment, which will prevent malfunctions due to foreign objects getting mixed in. The protector can be easily removed for maintenance, which helps reduce downtime.
