About This Product
Vermeer horizontal wood crusher horizontal grinder. The lineup includes two models: HG4000TXⅡ with 440 horsepower and HG6000TXⅡ with 755 horsepower. A large wood crusher that exhibits excellent crushing ability for all types of wood. We will contribute to the effective use of woody biomass and the realization of a recycling-oriented society. Smoothly shreds branches and leaves, demolition wood, thinned wood, and difficult-to-shred grass and bark. Screen replacement can be done in 15 minutes. By replacing the crushing drum, it can handle both pin chips and cutting chips.
■Overwhelming performance regardless of material
A wide infeed table and large feed rollers feed all materials into the crushing drum. By adopting a direct belt drive system and transmitting all engine performance to the crushing drum, high crushing capacity is achieved. Equipped with an automatic load reduction device, the computer feeds material into the crushing chamber at the optimal speed and timing, ensuring consistently high performance.
■Most maintainable in the industry
The large opening at the top of the crushing chamber allows maintenance and adjustment of the blades to be performed while standing, reducing the workload. Almost all parts in the crushing chamber can be replaced, reducing downtime due to welding repair work. The top of the crushing chamber has a large opening, making it easy to access during maintenance and replacing screens and blades in a short time.
■Duplex drum with low running costs and high crushing capacity
The U.S. patented arrangement of bits at an angle reduces the number of bits and reduces running costs. This is a next-generation duplex drum that has improved crushing ability by biting into the material diagonally, reducing running costs and improving crushing ability at the same time. Since the bit mounting base is replaceable, replacement time can be shortened, and problems such as drum imbalance and vibration after replacement can be prevented.
■Innovative chipper drum with adjustable chip thickness
The chipper drum, developed from Vermeer's long experience with chippers, boasts high chip quality and production. In particular, we have a lot of experience with cutting chips for biomass power plants, and we can produce cutting chips of uniform size with little dust. The knives are sharpened and can be used repeatedly, and all can be replaced in 60 minutes.
