About This Product
A release spray for removing incorrectly applied interlining. It can also be used to remove glue from knives and stains on Teflon belts.
■Such a failure at the gluing site
Spray Take Off on the interlining side, let it soak in, then peel it off. Spray Take Off on it, peel it off, let it dry, and then carefully remove the adhesive with adhesive tape.
・I pasted the interlining incorrectly.
・Moiré has occurred.
・I applied the wrong anti-stretch tape.
- Dust got between the outer fabric and the core.
- I pasted the core on the front side of the fabric incorrectly.
Take Off is made as a release agent for polyamide-based adhesive interlining, and cannot be removed from adhesive interlining made of resins such as PE and vinyl. The anti-stretch tape is OK because it is made of PA-based oil. Invel is not compatible as it contains a lot of PE resin. It can also remove stickiness from adhesive tape/spray bond, etc.
It does not contain ingredients that can dissolve dyes, and we have repeatedly tested imported fabrics, but please be sure to test before using fabrics where you are concerned about dye hardness. To remove glue from the cutting machine blade or cutter blade, spray Take Off on it and wipe it off with a cloth. If glue gets stuck on the whetstone of a cutting machine or band knife, spray it while rotating the whetstone and wipe it off with a cloth.
(Caution: Do not spray when sparks are flying, as it is dangerous. Also, please be careful not to spray directly onto the blade of a band knife, as the blade may come off during rotation, which is dangerous.)
Spray Take Off on the surface of the Teflon belt of the adhesive machine or the "trowel" of the iron, and wipe it off with a cloth. You can also spray Take Off on adhesives such as sellotape, spray bond, number rings, stickers, etc. and wipe them off with a cloth to clean them.
