About This Product

■Features

-Equipped with newly designed double pressure rollers. The first pressure roller spreads the resin evenly between the article and the interlining, and the second pressure roller further promotes the anchoring effect of the melted resin. This double pressure system allows you to achieve the same peel strength at lower pressures than traditional pressures. Since no more pressure is applied to the fabric than necessary, the texture of the fabric will not be affected. The front and rear pressure rollers can be controlled independently. Fine pressure adjustment is possible depending on the material to be bonded. - The heater is divided into 4 zones, and the temperature can be controlled individually. Newly adopted forced pressure structure using heater tension. Generally, the standard arrangement is 8 heaters on the bottom and 4 on the top, but it can be changed to 6 heaters each on the top and bottom for laminating, etc. - Adopts internal tension method. This prevents the fabric from wrapping around the tension roller. Prevents belt damage due to articles wrapping around. ・A new meandering correction device has been adopted. Adjusts belt position with less movement than traditional meander correction devices. No extra tension is added to the belt, reducing the burden on the belt. ・The durability of the belt has been further improved by using a seamless belt. Since there is no belt seam, there is no contact with the fabric. -Equipped with a cooling fan. Cools bonded materials quickly. - Belt cleaner is used not only on the belt surface but also on the back side. This cleans both sides of the belt and increases the durability of the belt.
