About This Product

■Features of water-cooled Peltier

Compared to air cooling, it can reach a lower temperature of -40℃ (air-cooled type has -10℃) and can also handle profiles with steep temperature gradients (0.1℃~3℃/sec)

■No condensation due to internal purge structure

By allowing low dew point air or N2 gas to flow into the chamber, no condensation will occur on samples, etc., even at extremely low temperatures. It can also be used for accurate electrical property testing.

■Low vibration/low noise

Since it is a Peltier type, vibration and noise are extremely low. *Since we use a water-cooled chiller, some vibration will occur due to the chiller, but since it is separated from the chamber, the effect is minimal.

■Compatible with light transparency

A glass window is installed on one side (a transparent type is also available as an option). You can build optical device evaluation and compact temperature test systems. In addition, by combining it with the MSA Factory Precision Stage, you can configure a temperature stage that allows precise positioning.
