About This Product
■Main uses
As a handling tool for evaluating the durability and reliability of chip parts and devices.
■High durability/heat resistance
Durability unique to metal. Heat resistance up to 300℃ *Varies depending on conditions, etc. In addition, the metal surface will oxidize (discolor, etc.) due to the high temperature atmosphere.
■Electrical conductivity
It has low resistance conductivity that resin trays do not have. Metal materials include aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and various surface treatments.
■Base shape
2-inch and 4-inch standard specifications allow you to use conventional lids, clips, etc. It is also possible to manufacture products with non-standard specifications.
■Minimum pocket size in cutting process
Production using end mills, etc.: Can be produced up to □2mm. Electrical discharge machining □Can be manufactured with a thickness of less than 2mm. Etching + lamination processing (TLC series) □Can be manufactured up to about 1mm.
