About This Product
■Main uses
Ideal for wafer heating, baking and evaluation of materials, etc. Compared to air heating, etc., heating is performed by heat conduction using a hot plate, so heat treatment and baking can be performed at high speed and in a short time. Maximum temperatures are 850℃ and 1,000℃, and two sizes are available: □85mm and □200mm. A quartz bell jar is also available as an option, so it can also be used for gas displacement heating of materials.

The controller (PCC118-W-TP) is equipped with safety functions including overtemperature monitoring function, emergency stop function, earth leakage detection function, and load disconnection function.
