About This Product

■Main uses

Wafer heating (RP series), material surface research and evaluation, inorganic material heat treatment, heat resistance evaluation, baking, etc. The RP series has double-sided heating and quartz bell jar options, so it can also be used for gas displacement heating of materials. Masu.

■MSA factory heating know-how

Materials (super heat-resistant plate, heat distortion countermeasures, titanium chassis) We have brought together various know-how such as heater design, insulation, and heat radiation.

■High performance

Highly accurate temperature control can be achieved by combining with digital temperature controllers/PCC100G, PCC400, and program type temperature controllers/PCC107. In addition, the RP series combines a high-performance, high-precision touch panel controller from data collection to recipe creation.

■Options

For the RP series, you can select options such as a quartz glass gas displacement bell jar and a gas flow meter. Workpieces can be handled and removed using a titanium wafer (bell jar) carrier. This equipment can handle cases where a large number of sheets need to be heat treated.

■Safety

The product is designed with safety in mind, including the heater design and wiring structure. We also offer a controller/PCC110 with an overtemperature monitoring function.
