About This Product
■Main uses
Hot plate PA-CC series with cover for heating large substrates and glass, wafer heating (RP series), with lifter (PA-LIF series) Material table research and evaluation, inorganic material heat treatment, heat resistance evaluation, baking, etc., RP The series also has double-sided heating and quartz bell jar options, so it can also be used for gas displacement heating of materials.

Materials (super heat-resistant plate, heat distortion countermeasures, titanium chassis) We have brought together various know-how such as heater design, insulation, and heat radiation.
■High performance/multifunctionality
Custom features such as a lifter function (driving the board up and down) for heating and transporting large boards, and a vacuum chuck function to prevent warping during heating of the board can be added.

The controller is equipped with safety functions including over-temperature monitoring function, emergency stop function, earth leakage detection function, and load disconnection function.
