■Main uses
In addition to the PA-LIF series of hot plates with large substrates, glass heating lifters, and covers, wafer heating (RP series), material surface research and evaluation, inorganic material heat treatment, heat resistance evaluation, baking, etc.The RP series includes double-sided heating. and quartz bell jars are also available as options, so they can also be used for gas displacement heating of materials.

■High performance/multifunctionality
Custom features such as a lifter function (driving the board up and down) for heating and transporting large boards, and a vacuum chuck function to prevent warping during heating of the board can be added.

The controller is equipped with safety functions such as over-temperature monitoring function, emergency stop function, earth leakage detection function, and load disconnection function.
