Heat stage stage with vacuum chuck function for wide temperature evaluation
■Digital temperature controller
Connects to MSA factory standard temperature controller with one-touch connector. Highly accurate temperature control can be performed immediately with simple operations.
■Cooling/low temperature characteristics
Cooling method using a Peltier element: The water-cooled type has a vibration-free temperature of down to -30°C (with an option, it can support up to -40°C), and the air-cooled (cooled by fan) type has a temperature of -10°C.
