About This Product

■Main usesFor ultra-fast heating, rapid cooling, and temperature processes

■Temperature accuracy at high temperaturesHigh precision hot plate with in-plane distribution of ±1% or less

■Ultra-fast temperature riseMSA hot plate products. Fastest heating hot plate, reaches from room temperature to 600℃ in 50 seconds. The maximum heating rate is 15℃/SEC.

■Fast temperature dropCompared to metal hot plates, it has the characteristic of lowering the temperature easily. Maximum 3℃/sec
・30sec from 600℃ to 500℃
・3min from 600℃ to 300℃
・12min from 600℃ to 100℃
All are natural cooling speeds.

■High temperature insulationThe heater element is insulated with ceramic, so it has higher insulation than normal heaters.

■MaterialHeater element heat-resistant metal foil, plate PX60 series aluminum nitride, heat shield chassis titanium chassis (coloring is done at high temperatures, so there may be unevenness depending on the product)

■Temperature program followabilityIt is possible to implement temperature programs using ultra-high-speed heating/lowering. Programmable temperature controller/PCC107CoAlso, please use the temperature program management software PCS100-4ch.
