About This Product

■Main uses

Ceramic type heat block, high speed heating type. Since the shape is customizable, we will manufacture it according to the user's application.

■Ceramic material

It can be manufactured in two types: aluminum nitride (AlN), which is a fast heating type, and alumina, which is a ceramic type and relatively inexpensive.

■High-speed temperature rise

The aluminum nitride type allows high-speed temperature rise of 15℃/sec. Also, because it has a high emissivity, the temperature drop (natural cooling rate) is as fast as 3℃/sec.

■High precision temperature controller

Highly accurate temperature control can be achieved by combining with digital temperature controllers/PCC100G, PCC400, and program type temperature controllers/PCC107.

■Safety

The product is designed with safety in mind, including the heater design and wiring structure. We also offer a controller/PCC110 with an overtemperature monitoring function.
