The lineup includes a maximum temperature of 600℃ and a vacuum range of vacuum pressure from 100Pa (low vacuum) to 10^-5Pa (high vacuum).
■Interface
We will prepare an interface that can be attached to your chamber.
■High performance/high precision
A hot plate exclusively for vacuum environments with excellent temperature distribution and temperature accuracy.
■Cable feedthrough
We have cables and feeds compatible with each vacuum flange (VF, VG, KF). Cable length can also be customized.
