■Ceramic coating hot plate
Infrared heating using a ceramic coating film allows for temperatures up to 200℃. Since it is non-contact, it is possible to reduce contamination on workpieces and between workpieces.
■Large size/custom size available
Size can be customized. The maximum size is □300mm. For vacuum environments, large workpieces can be heated evenly.
■Cable feedthrough
For cable connections inside the chamber, we provide cable feedthroughs compatible with various vacuum flanges (VF, VG, KF, etc.).
