High-temperature heater specifications allow the maximum temperature to reach ultra-high temperatures of up to 800℃, while Peltier types can also be used at temperatures below room temperature. Regarding pressure control, PID control using a precision pressure monitor can maintain control and stability in 1Pa units.
■Safety
As an option, it is also possible to add safety functions to the controller, including gas leak detection, abnormal pressure detection, over-temperature monitoring function, electric leakage detection function, load disconnection function, etc.
