■Summary
The MSO/DS2000A series digital oscilloscopes are general-purpose digital oscilloscopes with a frequency range of 100MHz to 300MHz, sampling rates up to 2GSa/s, deep memory depth, and high waveform acquisition rates.
■Low noise floor for wide vertical range (500uV/div to 10V/div)
The 50 ohm input and clean frequency response design provides low noise even in the 500uV/div range, enabling advanced observations even in low signal level designs.
■Waveform record & replay
Debug occasional and sporadic glitches with fast ingest, playback, and onboard analysis capabilities.
■16 digital channels (MSO model)
The MSO2000A model adds mixed-signal observation capabilities, allowing users to view analog activity on up to two channels as well as trigger, capture, and analyze activity on up to 16 digital channels simultaneously.
■Built-in 2-channel full-featured 25MHz signal generator
You can create standard waveforms from the front panel, convert acquired waves to emulated signals, or create arbitrary waveforms with the UltraStation PC software. The built-in signal generator on the “-S” model is useful for testing a variety of applications.
■Serial bus trigger & decode
Supports I2C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN, LIN, and FlexRay bus triggering and decoding as standard features.
