■Jitter analysis histogram and trend display
The MSO8000 series with JITTER option enables jitter and real-time eye analysis. Debug sensitive timing in high-speed clocks and digital data lines by visualizing error sources using eye diagrams, histograms, and jitter trends.
■Full memory hardware measurement
Accurate results can be obtained by measuring multiple periods of high-frequency signals without being limited by the waveform data displayed on the screen.
■Trigger, decode, and visualize serial bus traffic to speed up debugging and analysis of embedded serial bus designs
You can also decode up to 4 serial buses simultaneously and view the traffic with a comprehensive event table. It can analyze RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN, FlexRay, I2S, and MIL-STD-1553 serial buses.
