■High-speed drawing using galvano method
A drawing speed of 11,000mm/s is achieved by using a high-speed galvano motor. Productivity is much higher than the XY movement method. The laser frequency is also high, up to 600KHz, allowing for ultra-high speed drawing. It is effective in industrial applications where production speed is required, such as marking semiconductor devices.
■Beautiful metal markings due to fiber
Equipped with the latest MOPA type (fixed pulse) fiber laser with a laser wavelength of 1064nm. It is unique in that it can mark not only metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron, but also some resins. Also, since it is different from ink printing, there is no need to worry about it disappearing or peeling off. Another big advantage is that there is no need for ink or running costs. Since it is the latest fiber laser oscillator, there is almost no need to worry about its lifespan.
■Selectable marking start
There are two types of marking start methods: PC software and external input I/O. A foot switch (optional) can also be used to automatically draw sequential numbers (0 to 999, etc.) each time the switch is pressed. Ideal for marking serial numbers, etc.
■All-in-one integrated type
It comes complete with the head, controller, lifting platform (optional), and software, making it ideal as an introductory laser machine. There is no troublesome wiring work involved. You can use it immediately by simply connecting it to your computer with a USB cable. The I/O interface and 2-axis control function are also standard equipment, so it can be used for I/O control from a PLC, cooperation with an XY stage, and external string transmission, so it can be introduced into a production line.
■Easy work with two guide lasers
Equipped with a red guide laser, you can use the guide laser to indicate the drawing range and characters. This prevents mistakes and prevents wasting materials. It is also equipped with a red guide laser for height adjustment, so you can see the optimal height of the workpiece at a glance.
