It has good coloring and high contrast, and can be marked without damaging the material, making it ideal for delicate materials such as resin and paper. With a UV laser, you can expect clear markings on resin materials that are difficult to print with a fiber laser. ■Highest quality printing with delicate drawings The spot diameter is greatly influenced by the laser wavelength. With 5W, it is possible to print strongly even in a 300x300 area, which was difficult with conventional printers, and printing speed can be significantly increased, which can be expected to improve productivity. In addition, even the 5W model uses an air cooling system that does not require water cooling, so no extra equipment is required. ■Printing on glass or ceramic Transparent materials such as glass cannot be printed at all with fiber lasers, but can be printed with the ALUV series. Ceramic materials can also be printed depending on the internal material. ■Print range can be changed by changing lenses Since the FΘ lens is removable, you can change the printing range to any desired size by changing the lens, giving you a high degree of freedom. You can change the lens at any time to suit your needs, such as a 70mm lens for fine, high-quality printing, or a 300mm lens for wide-area printing. We also have 8mm square lenses for ultra-fine processing. ■UV+3D marking (optional) The ALUV series is 2D marking, but if you want to mark on a workpiece with curved surfaces or steps, it can be customized as a 3D laser. For UV+3D, printing area is 200x200 and height difference is 100mm maximum.
