About This Product

A semi-automatic capper that closes the lids of various containers. We will manufacture the perfect container for your specified container. When used with Kaihatsu Giken's filling machine, it is an excellent product that enables high-speed filling work of up to 180 containers per hour by filling 20L Polycon Tamakan containers with 20kg. Due to many requests for individual items, we also sell them individually.

Have you ever had any trouble tightening the lids of containers?The containers I use are rare, and there are no lid-closing tools for sale. I bought a tool, but it's heavy, difficult to use, and painful. It will also damage the lid. Kaihatsu Giken's simple capper can solve this problem at a low cost.

■Characteristics of simple capper and benefits of introducing it・This is an industrial semi-automatic capper that has been trained in the factory for many years. This product combines a special lid fixing tool made to match the specified container and the most suitable tightening tool (electric torque screwdriver, air wrench).
-The lid fixture that is placed on the lid is made of resin made with a 3D printer, so it is lightweight and easy to use. It also reduces damage to the lid when tightening.
・The lid fixture is made using a 3D printer to match the specified lid, down to the detailed shape, so it is easy to put on and take off the lid, but there is little wobble, making it easy to work with.
・It dramatically reduces the strain on the workers' wrists and lower back, making it popular with workers.
・After starting to use the product, there were no more complaints about the lid coming loose even during long-term transportation.
-The resin part is made using a special manufacturing method and has very high strength and longevity. Can be used safely for a long time
・A manual tightening set that combines a torque wrench and a lid fixing tool is also available.

■What is a simple capper?The simple capper is a semi-automatic capper that is custom-made to suit the desired container, tightening torque, and work content. As long as it has a hook on the edge of the lid, it can be made to fit almost any container. There are various tools available for tightening. We can handle everything from low torque tightening for small containers to high torque tightening of around 30N・m for 20L polycon/tamakan containers.

The resin fixture that is attached to the end of the tightening tool is also manufactured by selecting the most suitable material and shape. This fixture rests on the lid and secures the lid, then closes the lid.

A simple capper is often used hanging from an automatic winding reel. Pull down when closing the lid, tighten it at the desired position, and it will automatically roll up when you release your hand after use.
