About This Product

This is a large liquid filling machine of 1 ton size. Equipped with two roller conveyors, efficient use of forklifts allows for efficient filling work. ■Features of this product ・This is a filling machine for IBC containers with a capacity of 1 ton. ・It is a simple filling machine where the filling nozzle does not go up and down. The newly developed filling nozzle unit is set into the container by hand. By using this unit, we have greatly reduced the amount of liquid dripping and splattering from the hose that used to stain the area around the filling port and the operator. - Equipped with two large conveyors, filling can be done efficiently using a forklift at a pace of about 4 minutes per IBC container. ・The latest filling amount correction system enables high-speed and highly accurate filling. - The filling nozzle unit is equipped with an overflow sensor that detects electrical conductivity and water level. Realizes safe and secure filling work. - Can also be equipped with a suction duct for removing corrosive and toxic gases (mild). ・The filling nozzle can also be automatically raised and lowered. ・It is also possible to create a filling system by utilizing existing tanks, pumps, and piping at your facility (although there may be cases where this is not possible). ■β10FL1 filling machine Equipped with two large pallets for efficient filling. An example of a work procedure is 1. Place the empty container on the conveyor to the right of the forklift. 2. Use a forklift to take out the filled container on the left. 3. Manually move the empty container on the right to the conveyor on the left and start automatic filling. 4. Move filled containers and bring empty containers during automatic filling Repeat this. The filling machine shown in the photo is equipped with a suction duct for suction and removal of corrosive gases (mild). ■Filling process of large filling machine β10FL Move the IBC container from the right conveyor to the left conveyor and manually set the filling nozzle unit over the mouth of the container to fill it. The red circle at the end of the hose is the newly developed filling nozzle unit (the mouth of the container). By using this unit, the dripping and splashing of liquid when loading and unloading the nozzle, which has been a problem in the past, has been greatly reduced, allowing operators to perform filling operations with peace of mind. Compared to when you used to throw in a hose, it's a big improvement, including ease of use. At this time, the suction duct is not used because the solution does not generate corrosive or toxic gases.

・Place the filling nozzle unit on the mouth of the IBC container by hand to fill.
