This is a model of the popular LTP series medium-sized nozzle lifting type filling machine for high tanks 1 to 3 meters above the floor. We have a track record of high-speed filling of 180 containers/hour with 20kg Polycon/Tamakan containers.

■Features of this product1. Optimized for elevated tank environments
This product is a "high tank model" intended for use in factories that have multiple tanks installed 1 to 3 meters above the floor. When in use, move the filling machine close to the tank containing the solution to be filled and connect the liquid supply hose (lever cup at the end) to the tank. In addition, this filling machine has a unique layout for the liquid supply hose, internal piping, and equipment arrangement. As a result, preparations before filling operations, sampling of the filling liquid for analysis, and cleanup after filling operations (recovery of solutions in the machine's piping and cleaning of the piping) can be easily performed, reducing the time required and reducing operator costs. It is designed to reduce the burden.

In this product, the height of the solution tank is roughly categorized into three levels (floor-mounted, 1-2m from the floor, and about 3m from the floor). During use, the filling machine automatically sets the optimal filling conditions (flow rate, valve timing, etc.) for the selected tank height. This automatic setting enables high-speed, high-precision filling of various solution tanks, as well as filling that maximizes the advantages of high-altitude tanks.

In addition, all LTP series filling machines, including this product, are designed to be moved and used in workplaces where water is handled, so they do not use a 200V power supply to reduce the risk of danger. The system is designed so that it can be operated entirely using a single household 100V 15A outlet.
