About This Product

Since the air compressor is installed inside, as long as there is a household 100V outlet, you can move it anywhere and perform full-scale filling work. This filling machine allows you to perform full-scale filling work anywhere, regardless of location. Equipped with a simple capper, it can fill up to 150 containers per hour (up to 180 containers/hour for the high-altitude tank model LTPHC), including container setting, filling, capping, and transfer to pallets.

This product is a stand-alone model of the β10LTP series.

■Features of this productParts not specified are the same as the basic model, the nozzle elevating high-speed liquid filling machine β10LTP (abbreviated as LTP) and its high-altitude tank model LTPH. Since the appearance is almost the same as the LTP model, I will not post any photos. Below, we will mainly explain the differences from the basic model.

1. High-speed filling can be done anywhere with just one outlet
The LTP filling machine, which has been sold as a basic model so far, has the advantage of being able to move the filling machine to the required place and time for filling operations. However, in doing so, it was necessary to connect both a 100V household outlet and a compressed air hose. Inside the factory, pallets are placed in various locations and forklifts move freely. For this reason, customers have requested that the number of wiring and hoses be reduced as much as possible to prevent them from being tripped over by forklifts and workers. Another problem was that there were only a limited number of locations within the factory where the ends of compressed air lines could be located.

Therefore, Development Giken has improved the LTP model and developed the LTPC model, which is equipped with an air compressor inside the aircraft. The α9L3 model, one of Kaihatsu Giken's Alpha series filling machines, was also equipped with an air compressor, but the current LTP model is equipped with a simple capper that consumes a large amount of compressed air, so it has a large capacity. An air compressor is required. However, it was difficult to install large compressors due to issues such as mounting space and vibration. However, as a result of various research and development efforts, it has become possible to sell a filling machine equipped with an air compressor.

The operation of the compressor is automatically controlled by the sequencer, so there is no need for any new operation.
