About This Product

This is a high-speed filling machine with an elevating nozzle that can be used for filling various types of plastic containers, such as polycon, BIB, and various plastic containers. The highly controlled 5-stage nozzle lifting mechanism and 12-stage flow rate control enable high-speed filling of even super foaming solutions with high precision. With the high-altitude tank specification, we have a track record of high-speed filling of up to 180 containers per hour, including all operations such as setting the container, filling it, tightening the lid, and transporting the container when filling 20kg polycon Tamakan containers.

For the BIB container model, a new semi-automatic line that performs filling, capping, sealing, and batch batching is also available. Ideal for the first step in automating and increasing efficiency by shipping up to 600 containers per day.

In addition to the standard model LTP (this product), the LTP series includes an elevated tank model LTPH and a self-supporting model LTPC equipped with a compressor.

・A track record of high-speed filling of up to 180 containers per hour (for high-altitude tank models; 150 containers for offshore tank models) by setting 20L empty containers, filling them, tightening the lids with simple cappers, and moving full containers. There is.
