About This Product

This is a model that mainly targets burrs that occur during the sheet metal processing process. We automatically process burrs generated by turret punch presses, laser processing, press punching, shearing, etc. The target workpiece is firmly gripped by the feed rolls installed above and below, and is transported reliably to prevent it from shifting or flying off. Therefore, for large workpieces, it is possible to polish and polish a clean, even burr finish.

Similar to Type III, we have two models: a "dry type" that performs dry machining, and a "wet type" that applies water-soluble grinding fluid.

■Transportation departmentThe transport section uses a roll transport type. Products are sandwiched between rolls and sent. Two polishing wheels are installed for deburring one side of the workpiece, so even high burrs can be stably deburred without the workpiece shifting or flying off due to the strong pressure of the polishing wheels. . The feed roll uses a rubber roll to avoid scratching the product.

■OptionsDry types usually come with an optional dust collector. On the other hand, the wet type requires filtering of the grinding fluid, so it is equipped with a filtration device.
