About This Product

Quickly removes burrs that occur in areas with differences in level, such as after machining, lathe, press molding, etc. Are you having trouble removing burrs from workpieces after machining? ■Features

- Compatible with irregularly shaped workpieces: Removes burrs that occur at locations with differences in level. The standard specification supports steps within 20mm. ・Compact: The compact design allows installation in a small space. We have also achieved a low price. ・In-line: Since burrs can be removed in a very short time, it is possible to use it in-line by combining it with an automatic loading machine. - Unique brush drive mechanism: In addition to brush rotation, an oscillation mechanism is added. Additionally, by combining the forward and reverse rotation mechanisms of the work chuck mechanism, it is possible to remove burrs in all directions. -Easy installation: Casters are installed, making it easy to install the machine and move it around the factory. Additionally, the highly rigid design eliminates the need for anchor bolts.
