About This Product

Equipped with the new P-TB brush (special paper brush), this machine is able to deburr plated steel plates and protective sealing materials, which was difficult to do with conventional deburring machines. Each of the two brushes uses an independent drive system, and has a mechanism that allows you to freely select forward or reverse rotation. Additionally, by controlling the rotation speed of each brush with an inverter, you can freely adjust the finish. Furthermore, it has an oscillation mechanism for rocking motion in addition to rotational motion. These two types of motion and the P-TB brush make it the perfect model for not only deburring but also rounding workpiece edges.

■Transportation department

We use belt conveyor type transportation for transportation. A workpiece holding roll is installed before and after the brush, so the workpiece does not slip during processing, allowing stable deburring. Additionally, as an option, a permanent magnet can be installed inside the conveyor. If it is a magnetic workpiece, it is transported while being attracted by a magnet, and workpieces with a minimum size of 10mm x 10mm can be processed. Furthermore, it is equipped with a presser roll unit that can handle non-magnetic materials such as SUS and aluminum.
