About This Product

Deburring has been a source of concern for many workers since a quarter of a century ago. Although it costs money, we cannot add on additional costs, and the processing conditions at the destination will only become stricter. The BURRY TACK-VC-600 model that appeared at that time is a reasonable model that has kept the price to the limit. We have made it more affordable by using one polishing foil instead of the standard model's two polishing foil specifications. Although it is a reasonable model, the polishing foil can be changed from deburring foil to finishing foil in less than 5 minutes, so it can handle a wide range of tasks from deburring to finishing work. In addition, a mechanism that allows you to change between normal processing and hairline processing with a single button is also included as standard.

■Transportation department

A belt conveyor type is used for transportation. A workpiece holding roll is installed before and after the brush, so the workpiece does not slip during processing, allowing stable deburring. *In addition to products, we also develop tools such as brushes in-house.
