About This Product

This is a compact washing machine with a transfer line of 86cm developed by Toban Industries Co., Ltd. This is a revolutionary environmentally friendly automatic cleaning system that is compatible with the ISO 14000 era and enables high-speed cleaning and drying at less than one-third the size of conventional machines, and can also be installed on a line in a factory. There are two types of cleaning machines available depending on the application: a hydrocarbon brushing type that uses hydrocarbons as the cleaning liquid, and a hot water brushing type that uses warm water. You can select a model based on the characteristics of each. Our service is used by companies related to automobiles, electricity, materials, heavy industry, aviation, architecture, metal products, etc.

■Features

・Brushing cleaning In addition to shower cleaning using cleaning liquid, we have developed our own brushing cleaning method that also performs cleaning using a brush. It has amazing cleaning power. *The standard model has a single-axis cleaning brush (up and down), but depending on the level of dirt on the target workpiece, you can choose from two to four axes up and down. We will carry out test processing and determine the number of brushes. ·compact By enabling powerful cleaning power, the washing machine itself is ultra-compact with a depth of 86cm including washing and drying. ・Automatic transportation method Adopts roll conveyance method to automatically convey workpieces. This is a washing machine that allows in-line operation. ・High speed cleaning Wash for 5 seconds. Achieves high-speed cleaning with 5 seconds of drying. (When line speed is 5m/min.) ・Closed system The cleaning liquid is filtered by Toban's unique and highly complete filtration device, so it can be used continuously. This completed an innovative closed system. It is also environmentally friendly. ・Easy installation The closed system produces almost no waste liquid, so all you have to do is set up the washer. No special piping work or other preparations are required at the installation factory.
