About This Product

This machine is a unique development that consists of two polishing wheels each driven independently by a separate drive system. Each polishing wheel rotates in different directions, forward and reverse, and at the same time performs oscillation at 10mm intervals on the left and right sides. With this mechanism, there is no directionality for removing burrs, and burrs can be removed evenly and cleanly from objects of any shape. This machine is available in two models: a "dry type" that performs dry machining, and a "wet type" that performs machining while applying water-soluble grinding fluid. You can select a model based on the characteristics of each. overview

■Transportation department

The conveyance section uses a belt conveyance type. The workpiece is placed on the belt conveyor and transported. The workpiece chucking mechanism of this machine uses an electromagnetic magnet. A strong magnet ensures that the material is securely chucked and transported by the polishing wheel that rotates at high speed without being blown away. Two polishing wheels are installed for deburring one side of the workpiece, so even high burrs can be polished. Deburring can be performed stably without the workpiece shifting or flying off due to the strong pressure of the wheels. .

■Options

Dry types usually come with an optional dust collector. On the other hand, the wet type requires filtering of the grinding fluid, so it is equipped with a filtration device. *In addition to products, we also develop tools such as brushes in-house.
